Do we meet in person?

The majority of our clients prefer to speak with us via Skype, Zoom, or on the phone at a regularly scheduled time.  We fully understand that sometimes during a crisis, immediate assistance is necessary and we will make every effort to accommodate our clients.  In-person meetings are available, please contact us to discuss. 

How long must I commit to?

There is no minimum timeframe, however we do advise all Resolve clients to budget 2 months.

How do I get started?

First, contact us to schedule a free, 15 minutes call so we can ensure we can be beneficial for you, and provide the results you are seeking.  Next, we will send you an intake form and privacy disclosure.  Upon receipt and payment, we will schedule your first call and start building out your customized program. 

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept Venmo, ACH payments/wires, and bank checks.

Is my identity protected?

100%.  Privacy and confidentiality go hand in hand at The Resolvancy, and we ask our clients to sign a Confidentiality Agreement to provide an added layer of comfort.
