Taryn J. Kristal - Founder, Life Coach & Mindset Practitioner
Taryn founded The Resolvancy as a unique approach to navigate clients through all stages of emotional trauma and the divorce process. She has a degree in Psychology with continued education and certifications in Mindfulness, Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Mastery.
Taryn has worked with Renew Breakup Bootcamp, hosting retreats across the country to help people who are healing from a breakup/divorce gain their personal power back. She created a supportive experience for each attendee and led classes specializing in anxiety diffusion, empowerment and rewiring skills.
Taryn is a content provider and contributor at DivorceForce, an online platform for those affected by divorce. Additionally, she devotes her time as an active Board of Directors member for The Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
Her own divorce served as a catalyst in helping guide others through relationship trauma and the healing process. With an empathetic approach, Taryn is passionate about utilizing the resources and experiences of her own journey to better assist clients on theirs.
She is a loving mother and co-parent to her daughter Ella while enjoying yoga, music, exploring the outdoors, and sharing life on Long Island with her family.

It is not my role to get you divorced.
It is my role to help you discover the necessary steps to move forward in whatever directions you choose for your own life.
I can not dictate exactly what that looks like, but I will support you in figuring out what it feels like. What serves you the best, how you show up for yourself, for your family and journey alongside you through that process.
Perhaps our work together enables you to stay married or brings clarity to other aspects of your relationship, even better.
I have been in your shoes. Each pair is its own size and style, but the walk is a similar one.
I do know the path forward is filled with self exploration, change, transition and opportunity. It has its bumps and bruises, but we are all equipped to survive, to rewrite the story, to choose a different ending and change the narrative. That means you too.
